Overcast and 88 degrees here in Charlotte, NC. Not too bad if I do say so myself.
Got a pool you can cool off in?~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~ -

No, not now! thank god for AC at work/car and home. At lunch I walked to the truck to get my wallet, it's parked less than 5 mins away and the air is so thick you could cut it with a spoon! I started to sweat. -

TKDARE TO SOAR:
Your attitude, almost always determine your altitude in life -
It's darn humidity, heck it wasn't even this hot when we were in Costa Rica
-
If you think about it Willow, we shouldn't complain as with this August we at least get a blink of summer... Remember what June and July were like? Let's enjoy it while it last.... Get ready for your winter gear pretty soon  You may not have a pool but I hope you have a snowblower? I can live without the pool but I couldn't live without the snowblower
Cheers!
TK
We hire someone to clean our driveway. Last time I shoveled....I eneded up being off work for a year/had back surgery... I don't care about the snow. -

Calling for it to peak at 92*F with currently 45% humidity. Oddly enough, the heat index is only at 90* right now, which i think is BS. 45% humidity and 88.5*f should equal more than a 1.5* jump...Ludicrous gibs!
-
I don't mind the heat, it's our humidex! during summer and winter I hate the
-30 to -40C wind chill -
I'm not saying that it doesn't feel hot up there to you, but I think your weather forecasting website is a little bit exaggerated when it comes to the actual temp versus the "feels like" temperature.
When I run a standard NWS heat index calculator for 89F w/ 56% relative humidity, it comes back as 95F, not 108F.
