I am experiencing an occasional, medium-volume pop sound from both speakers during regular music and video play from my compute. The sound occurs very rarely. Maybe once an hour. And I do not play my music very loud. I run all audio through an Onkyo TX-8211 tuner. Any advice or solutions?

Thanks,
Elliott

I would first unhook it from you pc and run them with something else to make sure it's not coming from you sound card.

    Welcome to the Club..

I think, John, he meant Onkyo 8211 Stereo receiver....that's what is powering the system.

The easiest way to trouble shoot your problem is to hook up a CD player to the Onkyo and run it for a while--see if you hear a POP; if not it's your Computer...and you should try and bypass it, if possible then?
