Guys/Gals alike.
I first want to extend a personal apology to all for the events over the past day or so. My ignorance in process and procedures regarding purchases over the internet whether it is ebay or Polk may have led to some confusion. I want to take a moment and thank Russ for educating me on audio related topics and, "This is a big AND", procedures regarding purchases via the internet. I am the type of person that if I don't know I ask questions and am a firm believer that there is no dumb question.
When all the confusion regarding a purchase between and faster and I happened I really did not know what to do or how to handle the issue so I turned to Russ. As usual, I did not make a big deal over anything and just let it be. I made my decision for my own reasons and let it play out. I think I read that money was not the point and I am not making it a point.
The deal is complete and in the past; however, a start to process and procedure regarding transactions should be our focus. The attempt was started for FleaMarket activity in a thread which is now in the Hall but we should discuss what is appropriate behavior. Because I am a rookie and very ingnorant I will closely monitor such a thread and abide by its covenants.
I have received much advice from Russ, Nascarmann, Doc, BDT, Tour2... **** this whole forum has just been GREAT and I truely apologize if I missed anyone. I have no issue with Cliff regarding money and its not worth my time nor anyone elses to maintain such a focus. Our focus should be how we conduct money transfers regarding our hobbie so NO PERSON feels they have been taken advantage of or is taken advantage of. I see this as a protect our brothers focus.
Again Thank You all and lets move into the Flea Market and establish a contract of behavior much like the 10 Commandments.
Cliff... This is a dead subject that I will not respond to any longer. Lets enjoy our hobby and move on to more enjoyable pissing contests.

Well said Henry, I publically apologize to you, Faster, and the forum for taking it 'so far' for whatever reason, right, wrong, or indifferent.
The whole thing probably could have been handled better, if at all.

When you start AOL there is a "buddy list" that pops up around the right side of the window, no? In that window click "setup". You should see controls such as "add buddy" and "remove buddy" etc... Use these buttons to manage your buddy list. When you want to talk to someone just double click their name in your buddy list and the IM window should come up. You type what you want to say in the bottom window and a log of what you and the other guy said is in the top window. If someone IMs you then a window will come up with the first message the other guy entered in the top window. This should all be in the help file.
