If you don't already know, you can ammend you '08 taxes and get your 1st time homebuyer tax credit NOW and not wait until you file next year! Use form 1040X if I remember correctly.
    Good luck!
Trey - feel free to split that with me!

The house is coming along fine -- few snags here and there...

This sheetrock is OLD - and we are priming it and the top paper layer that was once bonded to it is bubbling up...

So once we get the walls fully primed - I am going to back and cut these bubbles out and smooth out the wall... just a few more days of work...

But we are taking lots of pics...

    Whats up Bear???

Nah not married yet (or anytime soon)

New front and back doors were installed yesterday with my bad **** locks...

I feel much more secure in the house now... I have problems getting in and out LOL

We will be done priming the den hopefully today (four coats... wow) and hopefully tomorrow we can start putting down the real paint! I will post pics as soon as we get done with this room...

He qualifies for the '09 no repay but can ammend his '08 taxes and get it now. Trust me, I've had buyers doing it all year.
