SurroundBar 360 DVD Player Issues

I have a Polk Audio SurroundBar 360 system. I have been having problems with the DVD player when it comes to displaying still images in DVD bonus features such as production stills, storyboards, bios etc. The DVD may contain a 10+ second long chapter to play each still, but the Polk Audio SurroundBar 360 DVD player only plays 2-5 seconds of material before jumping to the next chapter. This problem makes using the Polk player nearly useless for viewing any bonus footage that contains stills.

Anyone with similar issues or know of any fixes (firmware updates)? Thanks.
