Hey guys i have a two channel fosgate 40.2 punch amp. ok so i just tried running 6 and 1/2 componet set to the amp and one side is either blown or is just really distorted, and the other side is ok but sounds distorted. what could i have done wrong? how i wired it was the left speaker to one channel and the right to the other, im pretty sure the negatives and ppositive line up so what is happening the help is very much appreciated.

Why do you say it is blown, if it is blown you would hear next to nothing if not nothing. If you could explain in more detail we may be able to help.

    Welcome to club polk
