xrt12 will not power up

My xrt12 tuner will not power up at all. The trouble started when the tuner was on and someone threw the breaker and shut off the power. Any help with this would be appreciated thanks guys.

    Mine is doing the same thing .....
    I went to turn it on, and nothing.....

    The lights are on, but no power
