Had a Great Father's Day/Birthday Present

Yesterday my 25 year old son took me out to lunch, then we saw Star Trek at the local cinema (which by the way was a great movie) and then he took me to the Phillies vs Orioles game last night. We were eight rows off the field.

Then to top off the night he gave me two crates full of LPs.

Thanks Son for a great Father's Day / Birthday gift. I love you.

    I am very proud of him. He's very successful and he's getting married September 12 to a beautiful young woman who's becoming a nurse practitioner. He's very level headed unlike me.:eek::D

    Sounds like you both had a wonderful day for sure!!! I have to say though...your son has you trumped in the smarts dept. though...he unloaded crates of that vinyl junk on you just to get rid of it... Smart boy you have there Joe! :D

    The Phillies broke my heart last night. They were down three zip then came back 5 to 3 only to blow it in the 9th with the Os hitting a homer and a two run homer.

    Aside from that it was a wonderful day with my older son.

    BTW Phil he gave me two crates of gems.:p
