Surround Bar 360 DVD HELP

I've had the surround bar for about 3 weeks. used the dvd to test initial setup...worked fine. I go to use it today and it takes several attempts to read disc but finally works after powering it off and back on again. only problem is picture is black and white...??? I've checked all video connections (red/green/blue cablle) plugged & unplugged...still black & white picture. any ideas?

    Are you using a color TV? :D

    Can you try using a different input source on the TV? Also, try using a different method of connection- HDMI, S-Video or even composite to try to narrow down the issue.
