    Supposedly they are the real deal and a working set, Up to 50 yards. I'll toy with them for awhile but mainly just use them as decor. They look cool though.

    It's still $59.99 for just the game, which I think is where the smart money is.

    For $79.99 you're just paying extra for a case and "artwork" on the case....oh, and the original Call of Duty.

    You get all that and the non-Mil-spec NVGs for $149.99 to satisfy your geek lust on the cheap. Seems like a waste of money to me. I'd rather have these:

    $2,600.00 :D

    My gaming has improved lots since I started configuring my controllers properly (Nostromo n52 & Logitech G9), I might have to try to see how I stack up against the CP self proclaimed masters... ;)

    I think I'll wait when it's 29.99 at Bestbuy and one of PS3s greatest hits. I still refuse to pay 59.99 for a game that I can beat single player in one evening.

    Personally, I think the multiplayer in Battlefield Bad Company was a lot more fun that CoD 4. At least they have vehicles and other items to use.
