I had a problem with one of my RTi12's and I dealt with both Ken and Kim to try to resolve the issue. I had a cabinet that was not airtight and the speaker would whistle. I was shipped a new cabinet and it arrived in pieces. In order to resolve the issue Polk worked with me on the shipping of the 12's to replace them with brand new a9's. I got the shipping confirmation today. Can't wait till they arrive.

    Polk Rules!!!!! Period. Now if they would do even a limited release of SDA's.:) Do you guys think they would sell fast if they pulled something like this off?
