good luck with other crib bro. I liked that house you were looking at also. Snake problem ? I probably would have scratched it off the list too, or would have built some sort of wall around the premises. GL with new project.

That's fine. I think "Conservation Pond" is one of the real estate terms like "cozy" or "quaint" which translates to "These houses are so low lying, and the drainage and runoff so crappy, we had to build in water retention pits aka "conservation pond" so if you are lucky your **** won't flood next hurricane, and oh by the way, prepare for some damn soggy **** mess for a lawn during thunderstorm season"

Looks great. Just what the hell do you need a fireplace for in Tampa?????

You know some people do have special fireplaces with triple pane super insulated glass, and then it hooks to the AC and cold air oozes from around the hidden recessed vents surrounding the edge of the fireplace.

This way in a hot climate you can have the ambiance of fire, but with cold air coming out instead of hot.

The kitchen does not match the quality of the rest of the house. That front entry way (looking from the outside) is AWESOME! Could use some color on the inside walls. VERY NICE!

Edit: Sorry, just saw you didn't get it. Don't worry, the next one will be even better. :)

I dont know yet, i am moving in July 1st and am leaving out of PA this saturday or sunday morning.

When i buy my speakers for HT, i may as well buy Atrium speakers for the Tampa Polkies gathering, so we can enjoy music, while eat and games we play

I am curious which speakers should I buy for outdoor? There will be two hearing people living with us. (Wife and my brother) my brother smokes cigarette so he will be smoking outside.

    please recommend and why...

    Atrium 65SDI
    Atrium 60
    Atrium 55
    Atrium 50
    Atrium 45
    Atrium Sat30 / Sub10
