    Nice looking house....bet it's at LEAST 50% less than what you would've paid for the equivalent in S.E. Pa. Am I right? Even LESS?

    I like it, very nice home. I see the pong table being moved out and serving as a dedicated HT room. :). Gorgeous home. Big fan of the arches used in the walkways.

    Sold my 3 bed 3 bath house for $545,000 on 50x 100 lot......this house wasn't maintained properly....leaky roof and worn wood floor, 10 year old kitchen, and old bathrooms
    bought a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo 900 SQ ft for $300,000 last year after selling the house....

    N.J. that explains that price...everything is OUT of hand in your state. I tried to buy something there in 2000....forget it! I'm up in Maine...my house in your neck of the woods would be over 600K...up here you'd be lucky to get 120K? I have over a 1/3 of an acre and four bedrooms, 2 car garage. Family room in the basement, 2.5 baths...if only I could lift this a plop it down in central Jersey!!

    Congrats on the profit, though. Extra cash always GOOD!
