Well after having a bit of time to play with this wonderful piece of equipment and finally getting all dialed in and the 3.2tl's in their best spot, I must say I am quite impressed with the SC-07, the picture on my TV screen looks as if i bought a new TV,great video processor, and the 2 channel sound is fantastic.......listening to Yes and it sounds amazing as the speakers just kinda vanish away resulting in a smile on your face listening experince......great start to any day..................

I am wonderring whether there is a big difference sonically speaking and power wise between the SC-05 and 07 and my reciever. Unfortuately there is nowhere close for me to hear one of those new units.

Glad your enjoying yours though. I know that I love mine.

I see you have some RTI A5's. I'm running the SC 07 with my rti a5's and they do a great job pushing them. Power wise it's a 10 watt difference but it shouldn't make to big of a deal in your case. The RTI A5's are very efficient speakers.

I had a chance to demo both units and couldn't tell a difference sound wise. The 07 just has a couple more features.

I can't let you in on the ICE club but If we start a Pioneer Club, which is a pretty good idea , Your in. You own one of my very favorite Pioneer Elite receivers of all time. If I didn't already own B&K back then I would have picked up the 49.

yes to the 2.3's a Proceed HPA2 which I love the sound of...have gone thru a few amps as of the last few months but this one sounds very sweet to me with these speakers and I suspect that the MIT speaker cable will add just a bit more...using the sc-07 to run ls-50's, fx-500's & fx-1000's
