A taste from Spain

Just got back from Madrid and brought back a bunch of the tastiest ham I have had the pleasure of eating.......so up for karma is a vac sealed pack of some of Spains finest ham....Iberian ham....best eaten at room temp with either melon or a nice hard crust french bread.....I will cover all shipping costs just wanting to share this wonderful pork product with others who covent the cured pork products.......will put all names in a cap and pick a winner this Saturday night.......

    Damn, damn, DAMN!!!!

    I love Jamon Iberico!!!!!!!! This is by far better that the Italian Prosciuto IMO.

    Of course I'm in.

    Most certainly in. The best ham in the world comes from spain not only is it very hard to get here in the US but it can be very expensive. :)

    If I win I will pay shipping costs.

    Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

    It is a bit more dry than prosciuto, and for me it tastes better.
