My sub has power issues

Just curious...what would cause a sub (dsw pro 600) to completely shut down by itself?
By shutdown I mean no lights on the front or back. I have to unplug it for 15+ minutes before it'll turn back on. It's happened after a heavy-bass movie, as well as kids movies with the volume turned down low.
The outlet gives power to everything else just fine.

By the time I realize that it's turned off it's had a long time to cool down."Dr Dunn admitted that his research could also be interpreted as evidence that women are shallower than men.
