and everybody that sends their well wishes....I do appreciate it

I am home and doing much better now.
As my bro Jesse said, I still have a road ahead of me, but I am confident that I will beat this, this time around......
They say the next one I won`t be so lucky....

Bah, what do "they " know !!

To all the folks that I was in communication with, I will be in touch when I get a chance to get it together.

For those of you who may be wondering, I had a stroke on the 14th, and lost my speech and my right side.
I have a legion on the left side of my brain now.....most of the brain cells where propably already damaged from prior trauma, so no biggie !!
They said that STRESS played a big part of it...
I spent a week in the hospital, and now I am home , starting therapy next week (monday) with the Hospice nurse.

I started my music therapy already !!

It has been a life changing deal....I changed my complete diet, stopped smoking (on the patch now), and feel the need to tell everybody...

If it happens to you, or even if you think it is happening, and you will know , trust me...(face goes numb, can`t speak, write , etc.) (even if you think you can ! )
YOU HAVE A THREE HOUR WINDOW

Get to the ER...they can give you a shot in the first 2-3 hours that can reverse the effects

Don`t wait two days like I did....you may not be as lucky as I was

    Bless you buddy, glad to see you back and doing better. Same thing happen to a co-worker of mine, I wished he had listened to me and went to the hospital that night. Lucky for him he was able to recover 95%.
