    Hello,
    Thanks for posting on the Forum. Changing a Surroundbar 360 from a demo version to a non-demo version is not intended to be done by consumers. The console would have to be sent to our San Diego service address. You would package up the console and send it to: Polk Audio, 2550 Britannia Blvd., Suite A, San Diego, CA. 92154. Please include a brief note giving us your name, address, daytime telephone number, a description of what is to be done and a copy of the sales receipt.

    Im actually having the same problem but its been almost 2 years since this thread was posted. Is the address and everything still the same?? What costs are involved??? should i call first? what number?

    my unit is brand new and in factory packaging. i just unpacked it and found it to be a demo unit... not pleased.
