Obviously one never wants to need to use warranty service...
...But when the need arises, Polk reaffirms its reputation as a world class organization!:D
Thanks again for the service and the quick (ten day) turn around!
regards,
Mark

Hello Mark,
Thanks for the kind words, I'll pass them along to the folks in San Diego. Gil, Angel and Art are the hard-working service team out there.
Regards, Ken -
Their CS is even great when you need warranty service on their Ebay refurbished speaker products...top notch to say the least. The first rule of Fight Club is you don't talk about Fight Club

I've recently diagnosed a problem with my CSiA6 - first time I've ever had a problem with a Polk product (3 yrs in; light use; someone said its a crossover).
As its the weekend - can someone give my a quick comment on how this process works and who pays for shipping/handling?
I live in the Chicagoland area.
Thanks in advance -
Hello,
Sorry you're having a problem. In most situations you have to fax Polk CS a copy of your sales receipt (if you registered your purchase or bought from them directly they'll have the information already) and they'll send the necessary part. They'll diagnose the root cause of the problem and tell you how to swap out the defective. On Monday call them at 1-800-377-7655 or email them at polkcs@polkaudio.com.
There shouldn't be any charges or shipping costs, providing you made the purchase from an authorized Polk Audio dealer and are the original owner.
Cheers, Ken
