Ok,
So it's the season final and they ended it very strange. I want to watch it again. Some of the pieces of this season fit together now but I'm not exaclty sure how to take it.

Can someone voice there opinion of what just went down? Is there going to be another season or is this how it ends?

Ok so I watched it a few times now, really just the ending so I could recapture what the hell I watched.
I feel this way and by no means is this anything other then what I got out of it. If someone else has something different please chime in.

Ok so the T1000 was sent back by John, it's the one they got from the submarine. He reprogrammed it with the mission it had. Everything happened according to Future Johns plan. When John and the T1000 jumped into the future, at the moment the humans and Derrick found John, a new time line was written , the T1000 was erased from existence but John somehow retained all of his memories and stayed in that time line. He was suppose to in order to be in the resistance and be born.
The chicken and egg comes into play here. The events of the past had to happen in order for the events in the future and then again in the past has to happen. It's not perfect as anyway you slice it, there is still the chicken and the egg theory.
But for the sake of a incredible story with the Terminator, which by the way is completely fantastic, this is the story at hand. So then John has his Dad's Kyle's coat on, his brother Derrick figures out he is not metal , John thinks he would know him but actually this is the very first time they met ever. John is the only one with the memories. he now has the knowledge of what was and what is. he now has the ability and the question is answered about weather he knew to send his father back in time in order for him to be born and lead the resistance.

Very deep story if you follow everything Terminator. I know they removed 3 from the story and it was not my favorite but it had a good story and another possible time line. On a side not I love time shifting movies, so fascinating. For anything it's mind blowing and helps you open yourself to possibilities.

For all who didn't like this show, should rewatch it. If you are a Terminator fan, it really helps answer a lot of open questions. In the final moments of this season, it put so many things together. I didn't get it the first time or even the second time. I had to re-watch the entire EP then study the ending to get all the points. Sarah also said she will stop this.... which leaves an opening for season 3. Mr. Ellision also could and should have a huge roll in season 3 if they make one. They made this final EP in a way where you can have closure or another season. Brilliant man , Brilliant.

Dug it. Glad to see Dereck without a bulet in his brainpan. Gotta love seeing Cameron pre-metal. I thought John's heart was going to come up his throat when he saw Kyle and Cameron. I do wish the FBI dude would have gone forward with them to get his learn on.

Just watched it...It was **** kicking. I love this show and I still can't wait for the movie, even though now it seems the movie and the show won't match up with eachother. I'm OK with it though! :D

I can't recall any news stating that they would be ending the series. I'd be forced to send them a really nasty letter:p if they don't bring it back. The series has so much more potential and for a tv series, has better cgi/fx than a lot of hi-budget movies.
