Model of this subwoofer?

Hi guys, I have a Polk Audio... I believe 12" powered subwoofer, and I do not have the model of it nor is it written on the sub itself. :confused: I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me what model it is, since I'm trying to sell it and cannot do so until I know! Thanks in advance!!

    Looks likem a PSW450. I used to have one, but don't remember exactly what the back looked like. Dimensions would help :D

    The only thing I know about this sub is that it has a 12" driver. Not my sub. Selling for a friend! Don't even know the wattage of the amp heh. I looked at some PSW450 pictures on google and they seem alike. We'd have to look further I guess.
