    I lived there few years back for a year. It was a nice layed back area. Havent been up that way in a while. Its the last Town in Tampa N before you hit Pasco County. Id recommend it.

    Depends on area and traffic. Tampa covers a big area. 1/2 hr guess.

    Lutz, Land O Lakes are old areas. Westly Chapel in the newest area you mentioned. Odessa has some new development but the aread has been around for a while. Are you looking for Tampa area, SR 54 or SR 52 areas?

    2nd Pauly but it's also the most expensive. Some areas in Odessa can rival WC
