Anyone watching these episodes? Are they worth buying when the DVDs are released?

I bought the movie and liked it. It certainly could have been better, but for what it was, it was not bad. So, if the cartoons meet, or exceed that level, then I would buy them, but if they are worse than the movie then they probably would not be worth buying.

It's cool. My son and I watch it. It's not great but it's Star Wars and worth looking at.

I don't know if I'm gonna buy the DVD's but we do watch every episode.

The animated CGI movie was OK. Can't comment on the cartoon, but if it's something you enjoy then it might be worth purchasing.

I have this on Blu Ray and it is amazing on the 126" screen. I just wish they would release the rest of the Star Wars stuff on BD along with some other titles that should have been released a very long time ago.

Goerge is still trying to edit all of the films to get them to the artistic level of his original intent. In plain english he wants to make them suck more:eek:... I love the first three films in the original release versions. The later editions blow...

I haven't seen the CG movie yet, but have been catching glimpses of the CG series and it looks interesting. I've missed it chronologically so no sense in trying to jump in now. I will be buying the movie and series though-on BR if possible.
I did read somewhere that there might be plans to release the live action movies on BR.

George Lucas is the Devil is why. Remember how long it was before SW was released on DVD?

Yes. He is Satan. The cartoon is pretty lame IMO.
