I had the fortune to speak with Helen in customer service early this morning.
Anytime one considers calling customer service, one does not know what to expect.
Well, rest assured, Helen is most cordial, polite and affable.

I've dealt with Helen over email before. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions very promptly.
