Sorry, but there's been a lot of bashing of Wall st. DON'T get me wrong, I agree they're greedy, but I figured there's other sectors JUST as greedy, and they don't get people to the point of making 'death threats'.

I figured a little perspective was in order:rolleyes:

I voted for Hollywood. Here's why:
These people practice capitalism, but preach socialism, and accept a TAXPAYER funded bailot, a.k.a. tax breaks!
And, if making $25M a picture isn't emough, they want to go on strike!
I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

A bit misguided in my opinion.Wall street...greed? Noooo, like it hasn't always been that way.Maybe you missed the story about the protesters at these guys houses were rounded up by Acorn, paid, told what to do,loaded up on a bus.Makes a great news story though.Takes away from the real culprits in congress. So really, your tax money was spent on busses for these dopes, nice huh? What you are witnessing my friend is chicago style politics,we have a reputation to keep up ya know.

Death threats are ridiculous IMO, but despite any excesses of the other categories, Wall Street still gets my vote because:

    (a) Their excesses make everyone else's excesses seem like peanuts in comparison.
    (b) They contributed greatly to sinking the entire world economy, and circumvented existing regulations to do so.
    (c) They are frequently certifiable vendors of hot air, with little or no genuine expertise!
    (d) They were pretending to sell a form of insurance, when nothing was actually insured at all, for the sole purpose of escaping regulation.
    (e) Their bonus structure allows them to expect bonuses, even when their actions have bankrupted the company.
    Alea jacta est!

My vote goes to Politicians. Wall Street is business. Define Business. Politicians? Greed on all levels. Hollywood? I would vote Hollywood if there were a poll for biggest idiots.

I know not in the poll but....
I don't know if this is covered by Wall Street or not, but I'd say the top execs at just about any major company, and especially the Banks.
Oh yeah and the Oil companies get my vote.

Obama plans to take 65% of my participation on this forum and redistribute it to every new member who joins from now on. I've stopped having anything useful to say anyways so who's the real loser in this situation? Correct....the midgets.

 WTH are you ranting on about? Who exactly is THEY?

There are so many different segments that make up Hollywood that it isn't funny. And the actors who I think you are really aiming this at are at the bottom of the pile as far as control goes.

They are simply making a living just like the rest of us. As for whatever they might shoot their mouths off about....Welcome to America! The rest of us are free to ignore it.

I'm still with wall st. assuming we define greed as wanting the most money or goal of having the most money.

They all for the most part believe they are "above" everyone else. Most of them cheat, lie, sell out whatever and they all use skills to make money.

I'd say the primary goal of Wall St everyday more than the others is to make more money faster.

A Baseball players job is to play, An actor or directors job is to act or direct, a politicians job is to work for the people (get free lunches, kickbacks, jobs for friends etc)

A Wall St. guys job is to make more money. That is their job.

I vote for politicians. The biggest offender has got to be Chris Dodd.
Athletes are just working, getting what they are worth in most cases. (We all get what we are worth, whether we like to admit it or not. If could get more, at whatever we do, we would, right?).

    Missing from the list: Tel-Evangelists.
