bad binding post on RTi8

Hello. The top binding post on my RTi8 has gone bad somehow. When connected, the sound is terrible. This wasnt always the case. I moved to the lower post and it sounds better but somehow tonally different. How do I get the top post fixed?? Thanks

    I would call Polk customer service for advise. I suspect your 8s are still under warrenty but if not I bet Polk CS can help.
