Second owner. Purchased from a Club Polk member. Owned for the last 5-6 years. Well maintained and cared for.
One cabinet has a slight crease on the edge and a small tear in the grille - both of these occured when the speakers were originally shipped to me. Both blems are hard to spot unless you are up close and looking for them.
Original packaging and owner's manual. Packaged with extra bubble wrap and a lot of TLC. Will ship UPS and will ensure.

Specs here: http://www.polkaudio.com/homeaudio/products/recent/fx1000/
$400/pr OBO. Will sell to established CP members only. Payment through PayPal (I will provide account name to buyer).
Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the props. I can still help on neutral tech support issues, but I am cognizant of the fact SVS and Polk are competitors (even though Polk is much bigger than SVS), and that we get our fair share of press on this forum. I don't want to come off as marketing by helping people in SVS related threads - that would be taking advantage of the good folks at Polk IMO."What we do in life echoes in eternity"

Sorry for the slow reply - your city and zip code through UPS for a loop. It says the only city name associated with that zip code is ESCONDIDO. Is this correct?
If yes, the cost to ship from Rochester, NY to Escondido, CA via UPS Ground picked up from my house and insured for $600 is $53.07. Package size/weight is 26"x16"x25", 56 lb.
This is quoted using our SVS UPS account (I can reimburse the company for personal shipping and we get a better rate than walk-ins at the UPS Store).
Here is the breakdown from the UPS Quote screen:
UPS Ground - * Same Day Pickup 47.85 USD
Declared Value 3.90 USD
Fuel Surcharge 1.32 USD
Charges Per Package 53.07 USD
Shipment Total: 53.07 USD"What we do in life echoes in eternity"

LOL. Those were my speakers originally. They were NIB when I sold them to Dr. Spec. I wonder what Ed's listening to now.
