CS1000P Crossover question - HELP

Can anyone tell me what the yelloe part on this crossover is and where to get one?? It seems to be dead and the tweeter has no output. Shoul I replace with original parts or build a better crossover??

    Thats a capacitor and it would be unusual for it to fail.How did you determine it to be the culprit and not the tweeter itself?

    As far as the tweeter goes, I took one out of another working speaker and it didn't work either. I then checked resistance ibn the "yellow part" since it is on the tweeter path and it was open. I checked on just like it except it was a 9J 100V and it did check out....so I think it is the problem?? I'm cCertainly not an expert here!!

    I can't find anything on this part running the number on gogle?? Where do you get these?? I plan to call Ken at Polk on Monday. I thought I may get ideas here first and maybe an improvment....

    The crossover should be available. I bought one last year.

    Do you recall how much it was?? Would I be better off to build another, I have read about some doing this and improving the sound?? I just want to get it up and going as quickly as possible, but would modify it if it improves??
