Rta 15tl tweeter replacement

I just bought a pair of these for $200, and they sound great. After reading past threads everyone says to replace the tweeters to the RD0-198's. I ordered two today, they should be here in a week. Anyway is the tweeter replacement simple, what I mean is how do the wires connect to the tweeter? Thanks for any help.
