Greetings -
I've recently configured my new HT System, outfitted with Polk Audio components. I'm running LSi15 up front and LSif/x in back, with a DSWpro400 subwoofer. Power is supplied by an Outlaw Audio 7500, paired with a Outlaw Audio 990 pre/pro. System sounds great, BTW. Still dialing it all in.
The issue I'm having is that the subwoofer will not stay powered on for more than about 10 minutes at a time. I turn it on when I turn on the amp, etc. But Ill look over about 10 minutes later and notice the LED is no longer lit. I'm assuming the LED is supposed to stay lit the whole time the sub is powered on? Also, the light on the back goes from green to yellow. I've tried it in the automatic mode as well as alway on mode. Doesn't seem to make a difference.
Any thoughts? Help would be greatly appreciated.

OK guys -
Seems my problem was simply that I was not sustaining a signal to the sub. I find this surprising, but I guess some of the HD Cable channels I was watching were simply not broadcasting enough LFE to keep the sub awake. I still haven't figured out if the signal simply needs to be present, or if it needs to be present AND at a certain power level, but whatever. If I have the volume turned up a bit, and I'm listening to a channel with decent sound, the sub works just as it should. -
Check your AVR sub level output, it may be too low for the auto sensing on the sub to stay activated or you could just set your sub to ON and avoid auto/standby.
I set my AVR anywhere from -5 to -1. Then use an SPL meter to agjust your gain on the sub to match your mains.Speakers: SDA-1C (most all the goodies)
