If I buy anything online, it is always with Newegg. Their shipping is super fast, and the staff are very friendly with getting any problems solved. I had a problem with a motherboard I got being a DoA (not newegg's fault, it happens), and I sent it back and on them, they sent me a free game. They have millions of customers, and care about all of them enough to like a guy said above, bypass their policies to help you.

    +1 for newegg.com

Purchased my Monitor 40's from them at a great price, free shipping, and they showed up fast.

If I had more money I'd be buying so many things there since they always have incredible deals!

Good experience with them too. I found a pair of brand new OWM3s for $130 (on sale from $200), they shipped for free, and arrived quickly. I would not hesitate ordering from them in the future.

I've used Newegg many times. Awesome to do bidness with. Great customer service. Very good prices for shipping and on the items themselves. Pretty much the first place I turn to for computer stuffs.

They're very good. I've used them for years, replacing buy.com a long time ago when newegg's pricing was better. In fact, I just received a package.

What helps is if the shipping carrier works out for you. I like free shipment and they use UPS which works out because my UPS guy is very good/reliable (knock on wood).

Of course, newegg caters to computer geeks which also works out for me. No, they do not always have the best prices (get beaten by Amazon or the local fry's or Microcenter sometimes).

Reviews are hit and miss on their site but not their fault.

Disclaimer: I've had no issues with them (knock on more wood) so I have yet to use their RMA dept nor have I had to call their CS dept.

I used their RMA service once because I ordered the wrong part (my fault). They do charge a restocking fee (15% ?) for non-defective returns which is understandable. I didn't have to talk to a CS rep. since everything was automated and easy to use.

I am sure someone out there has had a bad experience but they will probably be hard to find. Newegg is one of the reasons why I could care less about Circuit City's liquidation "sales".

Once again I am merely speechless with respect to the reputation of newegg. I sure feel better about my purchase. Thanks folks for tasking the time to share your experience with them. They really do have great prices on most of the gear they sell. Kudos to newegg!!!!!! :);):)

    Cheers,

    Phil
