Hello , its nice to join this forum,
I own RTi12 speakers for two years and today i have noticed some differences in the sound of both Speaker's,
i removed the covers and by close listening i realized that one of the tweeters is not responding,
i also tried to shift between the speakers and also replaced the cables but all tests lead to the same result,
is this part is under warranty? if yes should a technician replace the part on place?
thanks,

Hello,
Welcome to the Forum. It would be best to remove the tweeter from the cabinet (use a 9/64th allen wrench to take out the screws then pull the tweeter from the cabinet and disconnect the wires) and send it to: Polk Audio, 2550 Britannia Blvd., Suite A, San Diego, CA. 92154. Please include a short note giving us your name, address and a copy of your sales receipt. The service department will quickly send a replacement tweeter.
Regards, Ken
