I found these Pioneer speakers on craigslist which are listed right down the street from where I live. they look old and the person selling them doesn't know anything about them.

I figured some of you old timers might be able to recognize them and let me know if I should go grab them.

Here is the add / pics

Anyone know what those are? Are they worth $20?

They look tall enough that you could use them as stands for your surround speakers....

If your working speakers sit on top of your NON-working speakers, you might be a redneck...:D

It looks like they're two mismatched speakers...Not positive though.

Assuming that they are a match though...for 20 bucks it might be worth it. They're probably half decent. Not for serious listening, but for a garage rig or something they might be sufficient. Just my opinion of course...

edit-those are definitely two mismatched speakers. I'd pass on it.

I would hook up an extension cord to them and plug them into a wall. You don't want to do this inside.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben
