Certainly don't want to inadvertantlly initiate another "cable debate" but I would like to hear about any listening experiences folks have had who have sampled a combination of three audioquest types of interconnects listed belown, namely

Diamondback vs. King Cobra

OR

King Cobra vs. Jaguar

I have found plenty of threads on these cables individually through the search feature, but haven't seen any direct comparisons.

big difference? subtle difference? what kind of difference?

Small differences as you go up the line. There entry level cables at the Sidewinders do nothing wrong man. They are excellent cables but as you move up the line, you start to hear little things that you didn't as well in the lower end cable.

I have heard them all and shot out a lot of Audioquest cables. The Jaguars are incredible cables and I wired my entire system with them.

The Diamonds and Kings are damn close. Not much difference. You have to struggle to hear them small differences . Both cables are fantastic.

Norm,My first A/Q i/c was Copperheads...Then I moved into King Cobras which I currently have in the 2-channel rig.

The difference between the Copperhead and the Cobras was a pretty big step, the Cobras are very smooth, yet detailed.

I've bought all of mine used from e-bay or A'gon...I simply can't afford high priced cables and the King Cobras are far better than average i/c's for the money.

Just reviving this as I had the exact question Norm originally had specifically from those with Jaguar experience relative to either of the other two cables mentioned.
