SR-124 DVC Clicking

I've recently installed a full set of Polk SR series in my car. Everything sounds great, but I have a small problem with the subwoofer. When I'm near the woofer cone there is a "clicking" sound that seems to emanate from directly behind the woofer cone. It's not signficant, and totally in audible in the cabin but it worries me.

I've heard that bad spark plug wires can cause similar clicking sounds, though typically through the tweets or mids.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Basic build information:

Eclipse CD-3200 HU
1x SR-124-DVC in a sealed box (1.38cu ft, without the woofer installed)
Powered by Soundstream Tarantula TRX1000D (800wt RMS x1 into 2 ohms, running at ~450wt)
