RT2000i Hum

I've had my two RT2000i's for many years now and they have been great. Last week, we had a power outage. When the power came back on, I noticed a very distinctive hum coming from one of the RT2000i's. I pulled the power plug and disconnected all inputs and outputs from the speaker. However, when I plugged the power cord back in (even without any inputs/outputs connected), the hum was still there.
Is it likely that something was blown out when the power came back on? Is this something that I can troubleshoot and fix myself?

Mines done that since new..only occurrs at the 7-10 position of the Pot. I have just been keeping it down low enought to not hum but with time on my hands I thought I'd research a cure...
