Hey people,
what a great night of awesome fights. GSP is unbelievable. I assumed he would win this fight but man I thought it would have been closer. Penn really had nothing after the first round. Man...

I think this was one of the best cards yet. Every fight was great.

Uggh Dan I think you are crazy if you think Parisyan vs. Dong Hyun Kim was a great fight. I would have to say that was one of the worst UFC fights I had ever seen. So much so that I think neither fighter deserved to win. It should have been a draw.

As for the other fights. I thought they were really good. Jon Jones looked really really solid (can you say wicked elbow...WOW). And I really want to see Machida Vs. Evans ASAP.

Penn vs. St. Pierre was a little bit of a downer unless you are a Georges fan. And I am not a Georges fan. I do have the utmost respect for him now that he has finally put all his past demons to rest. His fighting has now reached the point of science, but every time he steps in the ring I want someone to put his lights out. I think in time we will see it, but it will be years before we do, most likely on his downhill slide. I am honestly saying the he is probably the second best fighter in MMA history. St. Pierre reminds me of Sugar Ray, you either love him or you hate him, there is no in-between.

Penn was so exhausted he could hardly stand. Very smart for his brother to stop the fight. He really could have been seriously hurt if he would have came out in the 5th.

The Parisyan/Kim fight was terrible. The only thing I enjoyed about it was sitting with my friends laughing at Parisyan's jelly roll jiggle.

That fight was not terrible, it was close. It was 2 fighters not able to really get the best of one another. Kim I thought was going to find a hole in Parisyan's game and explore it since he has been out for awhile. But Carl is a warrior and I can't take anything away from the guy. In my opinion I did expect a more exciting fight but I am a Martial artist myself and I know when a Stale mate is happening.

George is at a level above just about everyone else. he gets better and better every fight. This is the best I have seen him. Even better then when he destroyed Matt. BJ is no push over but he got out classed. I swear he didn't have that some killer instinct in his eyes like when he faught Joe DADDY and Shawn. Those 2 fights BJ totally dominated. I never saw BJ that focused or in shape. This fight he looked like he ran out of gas in the 3rd round. I'm surprised in his performance as I thought he was going to come out and win the 4th round. I expected him to pull it together after getting out classed in 2 and 3.

I was not disappointed at all in the fight. I had a feeling that George was going to win as he looked completely focused. But with the way BJ walked into the ring, I thought this was going to be a huge war.

BJ needs to stay in the 155 ring. I don't see Kenny F even hanging with BJ. I think BJ is going to walk all over him like Joe and Shawn. BJ is king at that weight class. I would however like to see Uriah Favor and BJ... that would be even bigger then BJ and GSP.

I didn't know much about any of the fighters, but really enjoyed them all.

I was hoping GSP would loose and I thought that BJ had a good chance until they hit the ground. Once GSP got the first takedown and started working on BJ, it was pretty clear who would win.

Still have to respect BJ for taking an **** whoopin' like that. GSP is a monster on the mat.

GSP won like expected, not much of a surprise there. Hopefully Machida finally gets the respect he deserves, he is clearly the best in 205 right now. I was disappointed Diaz chose to play into Guida's game instead of continuing to expose his weak stand-up, really a poor decision from him. That's about what I remember right now, other than being surprised Karo somehow was found the winner of the fight.

When I say terrible, I mean terrible from the sense of a casual fan. It was boring to me. It may have been very technically well executed by both men, but I am not up to that level of comprehension, so to me it was boring and terrible.

I loved the Penn got a beat down, but it was a bit one sided, I wish he could have made more of a fight out of it. I'm not a big fan of BJ so I don't really know his routine or how he looks before a fight and I won't say that BJ was scared, but he did look nervous, even at the way in's he didn't look very confident, constantly fidgeting around and shaking his arms out, but that may be his normal demeanor I don't know, just my opinion. Machida, have any of you actually ever seen him get hit? This was the second fight I've seen him in, first time I saw him was against Ortiz and it was embarrassing, I got frustrated just watching Tito try to hit him. Parisyan vs Kim, Karo would have preformed alot better if the ref would have let him get rid of that mouth piece, what was up with that, did he loose his and have to go pick one up at Walmart before the fight? Cave man Guida is always fun to watch, but I really wasn't sure that he was going to pull that one out, but hey, I'm not a judge so what do I know.
