Help needed echoing

Ive got the denon 788 with the rti A9s, worked great the past week, all of a sudden it has a delayed echoing sound and sounds tingy, I have it hooked up with my ps3 to my reciver threw optical, what is causing this??

you can always do a factory reset to see if its any of the settings
