I can say the same thing about my Tylers. Though I could have been a bit more proactive in snatching 'em up, with the offered assistance from fellow Polkies.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

This is why they invented guns. I would be killing people if that happened to me. Did you end up getting them back or did the garbage man take them to his house?

since she put it to the curb, did you just drive by there and pick it up? that's what I would have done.

I'm so sorry to hear. That price you have is a steal for someone who wanted to ump start a very nice good sounding theater . The main speakers new cost more then that.

Someone is going to get a nice system cheap.

    Again man I'm so sorry.

My first Polks were RTi70's and the CSi40 center. Still in use and still the best center I've ever heard and the RTi70's are still used for my surrounds. Like butter. Good price.

Man, if I hadn't just blown a bunch of money, I would SO be interested in those FXi30s. I'm running RTi70/CSi40 in the front with 4 RTi28s as surrounds, but I've always wanted some bipole/dipoles to try out. If you end up breaking up the set and sell off the front soundstage, shoot me a PM and I'll see what I can scrape up.
    Equipment list:
    Onkyo TX-NR3010 9.2 AVR
    Emotiva XPA-3 amp
Polk RTi70 mains, CSi40 center, RTi38 surrounds, RTi28 rears and heights
SVS 20-39CS+ subwoofer powered by Crown XLS1500
    Oppo BDP-93 Blu-ray player
    DarbeeVision DVP5000 video processor
    Epson 8500UB 1080p projector

Man, I can't bear that visual. I can't imagine what it would be like if they had been mine.

I guess you would have to take it as confirmation that the two of you are better apart than together. Pretty sharp-edged confirmation though.
