dsw micropro 1000 not dsw 1000

True, but I was referring to the PSW1000. At this price I am ordering another one, even though I have zero need for it.

If you want to "feel" the bass as opposed to hearing it you may want to look into one of these...

Will a single or pair of DSW micropro 1000 shake my house?

You might want to step up to the 12 inch woofer. I don't think that 8 inch will knock pictures off the wall.

I see dual Micropro 4000's in your future.:D

Not unless it was really badly built.
Certainly a single unit won't. It will rattle it a little though.
The MicroPro 1000 is a nice little sub that is loud for it's size, but in the Polk line, I suggest trying the DSWPro 600 or the MicroPro 4000 for more of that shake capability that you seek.

    x2.

I don't think you'll really be happy with the 1000.
