It's on the way!!!! I started a new thread to let the old one die;). Forget all the s--t that was said by me about Jeff Beaird. He's a good guy. A really busy good guy. Anyway, I'll report back with some reviews after I fire it up:cool:. I wonder if I'll have to thaw it out. Jeff lives in South Dakota! I think it was like -10 degrees there today!

thanks
mike

Glad you guys worked it out. I delt with Jeff a few times, and talked with him several. Nice guy. Tough times. Comunincation is key. I'm sure he packed it well, and it is a solid unit.

Excellent. Sometimes things do work out for everybody.

Enjoy the amp, probably the best single upgrade I've ever made (for under $350, that is).
So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

thanks folks! as predicted, after talking with jeff, everything is fine with this deal. as ben said, communication is key. when i was ready to close this business as fast as possible, jeff because of 'LIFE' was unable. i guess i should have got him on the horn MUCH earlier in the process:o.
anyhow, i'm looking forward to going from 70 watts per ch to 265 (@ 6 ohms)!!!:D

    thanks again
