In replaced the 2A 250v slow-burn fuse which was blown. The second I plug this PSW10 in the fuse blows. What do you suggest I do to correct the problem?

Try a different outlet, and check the power cable. You have probably already done that but it's all I can think of for quick fixes. Other than that may need to make a call to Polk, or maybe Eric will have some ideas.HT Rig

Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried what you suggested but I am still blowing fuses. It must be internal to the curcuit board or transformer. Still at a loss for how to troubleshoot this problem. Other suggestions?

Contact CS. Sounds like the amp is bad. Prob gonna have to send the amp in for replacement/fixing. Long as you have reciept and was bought from auth dealer should be free.

Polk repaired the subwoofer. It was a blown amp, but it cost me $60, since I purchased it more than 3 years ago. I should recieve it the weekend. Cheaper than buying a new one. Stillpleased with Polk!
