I think you would be hard pressed to find another. Not that they do not exist, it's just rare.

I think it shows big time that Polk Audio is a great company and a great place to work. When you see happy and motivated employees generally you'll see a successful company. -
I have only had to deal with c/s a couple of times, and always for an older product out of warranty long ago. They have been excellent in explaining things, and sending out spare parts if necessary, at a very reasonable cost (even no cost, on one occasion). They have no reason to do this, since they could not possibly make any money from these "sales" of spare parts, so it really shows that the c/s policy is well above standard, and that they continue to support their products long after they have been replaced by newer ones. I, for one, am delighted.
I've had good answers from e-mail contact too.
