Polk Xrt12 XM Tuner signal difficulty

Because of the position of my new house and the non-availablity of proper wiring outlets to allow more flexability, I cannot place the XM antenna that was furnished with my Polk Xrt12 XM Tuner in a position where I can get a strong enough signal to receive XM radio. Are there any antennas made for XM that can be mounted outside the house? Are there any other suggestions for a solution to this?

I have a similar issue. It seems that the antenna needs to be aimed in a southern direction and that is through my house. Most of my windows are south east.

I have been looking at this antenna myself but have yet to purchase one. You use RG6 with a supplied adapter.

I wonder if the Polk receiver has the proper input for the coax cable from that outdoor antenna, or if it needs some kind of adapter? -
