Never Back Down

Anyone else see this movie? My son had seen it in the theater this past spring. He said he really liked the movie. He finally talked me into watching it tonight and I have to say I really enjoyed it.

The plot is pretty basic, think Karate Kid meets Mixed martial arts. But it was just a great no brainer popcorn flick.

    I saw it and from a non martial arts prospective it's fine but as a martital artist, I was a bit let down due to you can't train for a few days or weeks and fight a fighter who has been training and win. I'm not in on that. It takes years to perfect your skill and deepin your understanding. Even in Mixed martial arts, you don't learn the moves that quick.

    Its really the only problem I had with it.
