    That sucks, i was actually considering ordering the RTi A7's today, but yep, they are gone (except for the full price pair). Hopefully they replenish soon!

    Update on the pair of LsiFX purchased from Polk Direct

    FedEx just dropped the box at my door. They delivered in just 4 days to Houston :eek:.
    There is not even a tiny scratch on the beautiful piano finish and everything is perfect :D.
    I have not hooked them up yet since I'm still waiting for the Belden cables to be delivered from BlueJean. But I highly doubt there is anything wrong with these.

    When I looked a couple weeks ago there was page after page of them. I hesitated though... can't do that.

    My credit card's ready whenever they get the store filled up again.

    Thinking the same thing but if listed new they could get more $$$$. I' bought two Pairs of LSI 7's from them one pair was $229 and the other $241

    Sure, they have good feedback...but don`t do what I did and call em on making a price jump mid auction. Yeah, I said something about it and they said it was a "glitch" in Ebay`s system (same old bullCRAP from all of them, blame it on Ebay) I bought the speakers anyway at the higher price and then wrote them again calling BS on the "ebay glitch" they then wrote back and told me that they often raise and lower the price according to "supply and demand" yeah, they were down to only 2 sets left of these monitor 60`s so the jacked the price up by 30 bucks. Anyway so, they unknowingly admitted Lying to me. So a few days later I get the set of Monitor 60`s. I hear a loud rattle as the Fed Ex guy brings them in the door. Sure enough, magnet busted off top driver. Second driver, magnet ripped 1/8" off on one edge. Driver frozen, Corner of wood is cracked and dented, screen has a crack and rip in cloth at top. Funny thing is...the shipping box has no trace of damage on any corner or anywhere ele whatsoever. They didn`t bother to add the center piece of foam for protection.I got used boxes with used cracked foam end covers, So lesson here? Sure you might be fine...if you don`t piss em off! I truly would like to meet the dude face to face. I`d shove these busted drivers right through is forehead. Yes, I am pissed. I`m a working stiff that doesn`t make tons of cash. I loath losers like this who use the system to f^$#% with people.According to the listing, I got 10 days and I PAY THE SHIPPING!!! if...i CAN EVEN GET HIM TO ANSWER! DON`T BUY FROM polkdirect ON ebay.

    I'm sorry you had those kinds of problems with your Polk eBay purchase. I've sent an email message to Polk's VP of marketing, the CS manager and assistant manager. I'm sure everything can be taken care of, Polk will make it right for you.
    Don't worry, you'll have perfect speakers, they'll take care of it.

    On a different note. I owe a positive to the Polk eBay team. Last week I sent quick email asking if there might be any Lsic's coming available (usually not seen on eBay) and in a couple of hours my wish was granted. I have only had it in place for two days but the wife already commented on the improved clarity compare to the bose vcs-10 that had been handling the duty. It was supposedly refurbished but I think it has to be new, its perfect. Should have made that switch years ago. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
