Hey fellas, i have this Denon 2809ci for sale, virtually brand new, a little over a month old. Found a deal i cant pass up so im gonna jump on it. It was babied, so no worries.

Features:
-Audyssey MultEQ XT 8 point room calibration
-Dynamic EQ (helps bring forth voices and small details at lower volume)
-Dynamic Volume (keeps pesky commercials from blowing your ears out of the water.)
-4 HDMI inputs/ 1 out
-Obviously decodes DD True HD and DTS MA
-115wx7... not realistic but still
-Pre-outs
-Two trigger outs
-2 remotes.

    I hate to sound like a total newbie, but what does "Bump" mean? I see it all the time and have never taken the time to ask the question. NICE AMP!

    Why are you selling it? Want another brand receiver, or going to higher model?
    Please be honest, because I was looking for Denon 2309 or Onkyo 706. At last, I decided with Onkyo because of features and it really sounds very nice. Just that many people says that Denon sounds "warmer" than Onkyo. Actually I dont know what "Warmer" means in terms of sound. But Denon 2309 $750, got Onkyo 706 $579 plus free shipping.

    Also Im not sure but many people says that Polks Speakers match better with Denon than Onkyo. I would like to read some that can prove it.

    Hey javygonx, i love this denon 2809. I'm actually only letting it go so i can get the higher model 3808. In my setup i could use the on screen volume overlay, and im getting the 3808 at an excellent price, so i figured i would go for it. The 2809 is really a no-brainer for quality. Its an excellent receiver and the Audyssey MultiEQ XT is just flat out fantastic! Plus the 2809 has the pre-outs that the 2309 does not have just in case you ever decide to get an amp. Let me know if you have any other questions

    A mod might pickup on it and adjust the header, but you might want to send a PM to a mod/admin anyway. :cool:

    haha its all good, but i guess he was trying to mess up my sale or something...kind of a weird thing to say...

    oh well still for sale! I think the one he found was one on audiogon. But oh well, this is basically brand new anyway.
