Some members are more awesome than others, and to them I have only the utmost thanks. To everyone else.....
I thought the ending was gonnna be a little crunchier than that.:biggrin:2-Channel: PC > Schiit Eitr > Audio Research DAC-8 > Audio Research LS-26 > Pass Labs X-250.5 > Magnepan 3.7's

Ha ha I'm sure some would certainly add some flavor to that last statement. I was looking up old info on the thread and discovered the hall of shame threads that must have led to some bannings.
Some were really hilarious. Happy to help dude. You've handled an incredibly tough situation rather admirably; so any help you've gotten is well deserved in my mind.
I'm not here as much anymore, but still love the "team spirit" that is Club Polk (most of the time anyway.)2007 Club Polk Football Pool Champ

Thank all of you,

Candyliquor35m was a good dude and was always square with me. The so called "inner-circle" of Club Polk, as I recall, ran him off the boards some years ago (got him banned). I don't think he ever came back.
Candy was handicapped, if I remember correctly. I distinctly remember him posting about a hurricane heading his way one time and how scary it was. And a lot of folks here posting they wished he'd disappear in the hurricane.
Glad to hear someone say something positive about Candy. Hopefully it speaks volumes about how far the board has come since his banishment.

Gotta hype up Pepster. Sent me a digital coaxial cable, as well as a set of GLS Audio Locking Banana's back in the day all on his dime.
Really rocking out to this new cable as we speak.

Proves once again that you haven't clue about him or the members here.Political Correctness'.........defined

Really? And how? You wanna dredge up the past about how you guys treated that guy?
Like I said, seems the forum is more civil now, I guess I could be wrong.

Just to be clear, you're the one dredging up the past...

As I said before you along with GDB should have been banned right along with Carl a long time ago.
Ted I hope all is well with you and yours. Thanks for the kind words earlier and allowing me to send you a few items. I am wealthier without them than with them.
REGARDS SNOWWell, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all -

Just FYI, dudeinaroom made his positive comment about candy over 3 years ago.2-Channel: PC > Schiit Eitr > Audio Research DAC-8 > Audio Research LS-26 > Pass Labs X-250.5 > Magnepan 3.7's

I never had a beef with him. Might not agree with everything he said, but I also don't agree with everything my wife says, so............
