Turns out, that list posted at the beginning of the thread is from 2007.
An interesting article just came out in the USA Today and it has also been reported by CNN. If you take corruption convictions on a per capita basis, then NORTH DAKOTA is the most corrupt state!

North Dakota has the highest percent ( based on population) but not the most.
N.Y. has the most convictions in the US with 704 -
The lowest goes to Nebraska. Does anyone even live in Nebraska?
