The real list should be by city. N.Y. vs. NYC are two different animals.

That list is B.S.!!! The top 5 are: NJ, RI, NY, IL, & MA.
NJ & RI are the top 2 because both states are run by the MAFIA!
And MA is run by the O'MAFIA!:D

PA is the absolute worst. 20 years ago the State Treasurer committed suicide on TV as he was about to be indicted by the Feds for taking kickbacks. They still named a highway after him.

No, I think the boys in Louisiana had that graft and corruption thing
down pat for a long time. And Last time I checked Bonnie and Clyde were Dallas homegrown!

Hey now, don't go be using old, out-dated information.

Besides, Bonnie and Clyde should be totally forgiven their sins for their contribution to Travis Tritt's great song! :D

I suspect if DC were a country (and what a good idea that is. Can we expel it? Imagine watching a lot of congressmen trying to make a living by honest means) it would be in the top 25 or so of world rankings.

The Dallas school district has to be the most corrupt system in the U.S.
Latest find, they were hiring people and assigning random social security
numbers. The last IS dept head is in jail. They had a school super
jailed for spending school money for a "love nest" with all the trimmings.
All school credit cards were cancelled last year after they were found
to have hundreds of bogus purchases on them. One had over $100k
of Ipods and other stuff on it. There was a head accountant that was
under investigation for a year for cooking the books by the FBI.
They coundn't figure out his system, so they just asked him to leave.
Same guy built a house with multiple $9999 cash payments to the builder
delivered in a paper bag. The former maint. head also built a house with
cash paper sacks. And it goes on and on. Boy, am I glad I live in Denton
    county!

I can see why LOUISIANA is #1. Watch some stuff years back about the corrupted POLICE DEPT. They were doing all types of things from murder to drug trafficing making millions.
